Legal Type Stuff

In-N-Out Burger Fan is run by fans of In-N-Out Burger and not by In-N-Out Burgers, the company.

We have deliberately created a logo that does not duplicate the trademarked arrow in box design. Yeah, we know our logo sucks but we didn’t want to infringe on the trademark.

A team member of this site did run the @InNOutBurger twitter account on his own for almost 3 years and did turn it over willingly to In-N-Out Burgers (the company). We currently operate the @InNOutBurgerFan twitter account with their acknowledgement.  In-N-Out Burgers (the company) did send some items as a thank you, but they do not have any connection to this website and none of the team members of “InNOutBurgerFan.com” have been employed by the In-N-Out Burgers company at any time.

A list of In-N-Out Burgers (the company) trademarks can be found on their site at http://www.in-n-out.com/terms.asp.

Any use of  trademarks on this site does not imply an endorsement but is used as reference. Lack of a trademark or registered trademark does not automatically inform that the trademark is not valid. Some of the trademarks used in this way are “In-N-Out®,” “In-N-Out Burger®,” “In-N-Out Burgers®,” “Double-Double®,” “3×3®,” “Triple Triple®,” “Three By Three®,” “4×4®,” “Four By Four®,” “Quad-Quad®,” “Protein®,” and “Animal®”. Some trademarks are from other third-parties such as “7-Up®” and “Dr Pepper®.”
